I was asked to comment about this election...
The North has proven itself a true democrat, a politically educated and
correct lot, demonstrating maturity of purpose, voting in a civilized
manner, using modern and sophisticated technology, shedding sentiments
by allowing choice voting, refusing to be swayed by religion or
ethnicity, advanced people mentally, psychologically composed,
emotionally stable, fearless and above all confident of their population
and numbers as the election results have shown, avoiding political
thuggery, violence and intimidation.
This 2015 General Elections
has truly brought to light those who are the backward race in the
Nigerian system. If the North gains nothing from this political project,
it has succeeded in telling the world we are the civilized, intelligent
and intellectual elites of our political era
This has long been established by our political founding fathers and has been proven today. An achievement and status proudly shared with the South West of the country.
