Ignorance, hitherto a shameful disgrace, embarrassing to bride
Is now mistressed by many with decorum, glee and even pride
They fight off the beauty of knowledge and understanding
Betting an identity, despite their covenant cum oath taking
Forgetting soon, there’ll be no options for any to take aside.
