Why do doors squeak?
So loud in silence of night
Fore-telling tales to befall
As floors reveal stealthers
Seeking horror's embrace
To gift not self, inno-souls
Hearts too, awaken minds
Some feel, others neglect
Doo'as open double doors
Yet, soundless in the light.
