Stars.
...
Matters not
How bright
Their light
At night.
They must set
Each dawn
As the sun rises.
Even where
It stays awake
6 months, less a day.
And think thee not
Star bursts, dusts
Exist no more. No!
They go into hiding
Scuttling in a vanish,
Saving their twinkles
Glimmers and shines.
Yet get swallowed in
A plunged depth.
Not of death
But a bath
Of invisibility,
Of sheet brilliance
That rebirths.
