Celebrate Rasool's birth,
Only on 12th Rabi'ul Awwal?
Naah. I'm not that niggardly.
What unfairness to my soul
Or to his venerated reverence.
For me, his true follower
Every single breath I take,
Is in celebration of him (saws).
His presence here, in my heart.
His every moment spent on earth.
And that's ever since he was born.
My soul,
Before coming to life
Was ecstatic in absentia,
Is humble in jubilation now
And will be, in every second
Till eternity takes its last breath.
