INTRODUCING: A SOUND HEART... Walking Into Poetry

A chip off the old block, some of you guys might say…
Let me share with you my son’s first poem, written just last Sunday 28th December, 2014 titled AND THEN I BECAME… Let’s hear what you think.

AND THEN I BECAME

"BE" was all HE said, and then I became
Though, my heart's propensity, I couldn't tame
Who's at fault? The accursed is to blame
At peace in Eden until he came
Deceitfully calling me into a game
Of whom I couldn't put to shame
Never knowing it was my end game
Ended up, I did, full of shame
He vowed, not alone to be set aflame.

I'd have set the piece in couplets if I was the one, like this:

AND THEN I BECAME

"BE" was all HE said
And then I became.

Though, my heart's propensity
I couldn't tame.

Who's at fault?
The accursed is to blame.

At peace in Eden
Until he came.

Deceitfully calling me
Into a game.

Of whom
I couldn't put to shame.

Never knowing
It was my end game.

Ended up, I did
Full of shame.

He vowed, not alone
To be set aflame.

But, I wouldn't want him to change a letter in the piece. To me, it is like snapping a black/white photograpgh without wearing shoes in the 60s. It'd amount to a crime if someone should try to photoshop a pair of shoes on to it.
