PEURSILAAR, A BRIDE IN WAIT

…by Poetic Tee “Here, take a sip”

Poor Peursilaar, for so long a bride denied
To be cherished, by the true love, your heart desire
Your sun, artificially eclipsed by a moon steep in pride
So none dare demand your mind, body and soul
Unrelenting you fought to resist being raped
Though under threats, lock and even extreme torture
Many can violate a woman’s body, but never her heart.

A queen you are, regal, waiting for your king
None is worthy of, but you, reserve, preserved
Age refuses your beauty a visit a thousand years, more
Time stands still, jealously guarding your youth
The wind bears glad tiding of his royal coming
Delicious music to ears, his voice remembered, teases
Sweet scents riding afloat million miles off.

Cruising across seven seas, peaks, valleys and borders
Transcending all known, unknown barriers, regions
Let anticipation, expectation choke you with pure joy
After an endless drought, rain clouds gather due east
Thunderclaps clap in harmonious melody and hymns
Lights of heaven, escape downward, kissing earth
Darkness succumbs to fireworks of power display.

A simple touch is all you crave, O how you wait
The consummation, breath-taking, bloating fantasies
As you submit with full abandon, imprisoned passion
What you’ve kept chaste for so long, for too long
Cool your eyes, soon you’ll birth a courageous prince
Upon which the world will celebrate his brilliance
From the blue star, on through all inter-galactica.
